Sauna & Plunge Sunday

@ Oscar’s Coffee

Join us for a guided Ritual Sauna + Plunge contrast therapy experience with Oscar’s Coffee. A relaxed morning reset designed for recovery and connection. After your session, hang with the community and enjoy your favorite coffee or drink. Each guest will have a one-hour window to move at their own pace between the wood-burning sauna and cold plunge tubs.

Choose Your Time Slot:

• 8:00 - 9:00AM

• 9:00 - 10:00AM

• 10:00 - 11:00AM

• 11:00 - 12:00PM

Tickets: $25 per person - Limited Spots

WHAT TO BRING:

• Towel

• Bathing suit (shorts/leggings/sports bras)

• Flip Flops / Slides

• Water bottle (electrolytes encouraged)
