Meet Tessa

An Annapolis local with a deep love for nature, movement, and authentic connection. Tessa is always seeking the depth and beauty in everyday life whether through being outside, spending time with friends, cooking, photography, teaching Yoga, skateboarding, or living an active life — she is always buzzing around.

Tessa is passionate about bringing community together. She founded Annapolis Women’s Circle in 2022, a space for women to gather, connect, and build relationships. She also hosts All Girl Skateboard Clinics with Pure Board shop in Annapolis.

With a market saturated with wellness hacks the idea for Ritual was sparked by Tessa’s passion for contrast therapy and how it drops you fully into the present moment and leaves you feeling renewed. She believes it doesn’t need to be that complicated. Moving, breathing, sweating, and connecting with community are pillars to a long joyful and healthy life.

Ritual is a mobile sauna and cold plunge experience designed to make feeling good accessible — wherever and whenever you want it. Nothing is plugged in; the heat comes from real fire, connecting you directly to the elements.

A ritual is personal, creates balance, and is repeated.

The sauna + cold plunge offers a tool to learn how to be with yourself, how to be with your breath, and see around yourself. And that, Tessa believes, is the true magic of ritual.
